Terms of Service
Last updated: 20 September 2026
These terms govern your use of TrackMedia, operated by NQM STUDIO LTD ("we", "us"), registered at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use TrackMedia.
1. The service
TrackMedia lets you connect social media accounts you own or are authorised to administer, schedule and publish content to them, and view analytics about that content. Features may change over time as the platforms we integrate with change their APIs.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at maruf@trackmedia.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Connected social accounts
You may only connect accounts you own or have been authorised to manage. You confirm you have the authority to publish content to every account you connect. You remain responsible for everything published through TrackMedia, and you can disconnect any account at any time.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store, process and publish it to the accounts you select, on your instructions. You are responsible for having the rights to what you publish, including images, video and music.
5. Platform rules apply too
Publishing through TrackMedia does not exempt you from the rules of the platform you publish to. Their terms apply to your content and your account, and a platform may suspend or restrict you independently of us. In particular you must not use TrackMedia to:
- post identical or near-identical content across multiple accounts in a way that breaches a platform's rules on spam or platform manipulation;
- artificially inflate engagement, reach or follower counts;
- publish content you do not have the rights to;
- publish unlawful, deceptive, harassing, hateful or sexually exploitative content, or anything that endangers children;
- evade a platform's rate limits, bans or restrictions;
- scrape, resell or redistribute platform data obtained through the service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, without refund.
6. Availability
We work to keep TrackMedia running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Publishing depends on third-party APIs we do not control; those can fail, change, rate-limit or revoke access without notice. We are not liable for a post that fails to publish for reasons outside our control, and we recommend you verify anything time-critical.
7. Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle shown at purchase and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We will give reasonable notice before changing prices.
8. Termination
You may stop using TrackMedia and delete your account at any time — see our Data Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if required by law or by a platform we integrate with, or if we discontinue the service. We will give reasonable notice where we can.
9. Disclaimers
TrackMedia is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, that analytics will be complete or accurate, or that it will meet your requirements. Analytics are sourced from third-party APIs and may differ from figures shown natively on those platforms.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms or of a platform's terms.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the product before they take effect. Continuing to use TrackMedia after that constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
