Deleting your data
Last updated: 20 September 2026
You can have the data TrackMedia holds about you deleted at any time, for any reason, without giving us an explanation. There are three ways to do it.
Option 1 — Disconnect a single social account
Use this if you want to keep your TrackMedia account but remove one connected platform.
- Sign in to TrackMedia.
- Go to Settings → Connected Accounts.
- Select the account and choose Disconnect.
We immediately revoke and delete the access token, and delete the profile data, published-post records and analytics we held for that account.
Option 2 — Delete your whole TrackMedia account
- Sign in to TrackMedia.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
This removes your profile, all connected accounts and their tokens, all scheduled and published content records, and all stored analytics.
Option 3 — Email us
If you cannot sign in, or you revoked our access from the platform's own settings before deleting your data, email maruf@trackmedia.app from the address on your account, or tell us which social account was connected. We will verify the request and confirm once it is done.
Revoking access from the platform instead
You can also cut off our access from the platform's own settings. This stops TrackMedia accessing anything further, and we delete the associated data when we are notified.
What we cannot delete
Posts we published on your behalf live on the social platform itself, not on TrackMedia. Deleting your TrackMedia data does not remove them — you will need to delete those from the platform directly. We may also keep minimal records where law requires it, such as invoices retained for tax purposes, and we keep those no longer than required.
Questions
Email maruf@trackmedia.app and a person will reply. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and how long we keep it.
